IAS sent a crew of plumbers and technicians, including Omar, Dennis and Tony, who were professional, on-time, and incredibly thorough. Firstly, the Sales Person, Dean, perfectly assessed our needs, explained everything clearly with no upselling, which made it easy for our family to decide on utilizing the services of Innovative Air Solutions to replace our hotwater heater and add a vent for easy access to the hvac filter. They left my home clean and neat, as if they were never there. In addition, they clearly explained the operational procedures. Very satisfied. The quality of work is outstanding and fairly priced.
