Here’s What We Inspect, Clean, And Test During EVERY Tune-Up Visit:

AC Tune-Up Checklist

• Compressor test

• Change filter

• Refrigerant charge test

• Inspect the contactor

• Exterior cabinet cleaning

• Clear condensate lines and clean drain pan

• Inspect fan motor and defrost controls

• Test suction and liquid line pressure

• Clean both coils and check for refrigerant leaks

• Remove debris from the outdoor condenser

• Lubricate all moving parts, including motors

• Test continuity and amp draw

• Test and recalibrate the thermostat

• Check and tighten electrical connections

• Measure the temperature drop between the supply and return

• Rebalance the supply registers if necessary

Heater Tune-Up Checklist

• Check the heat exchanger

• Test the flame sensor

• Inspect the gas valve

• Adjust the burners for maximum efficiency

• Check all connections and wiring

• Inspect the B-vent assembly

•Test the primary circuit board

• Adjust the ignition system

• Test and inspect the blower assembly

• Measure furnace gas pressure

• Clean permanent filters if applicable
