Our hot water system went down late Friday night and Richard called to say he would be there on Saturday. Richard came, did an inspection,communicated what was wrong and then made it right. He was professional, polite and informative in case the issue occurred again.We were extremely pleased with the outcome and service Richard performed, particularly on a weekend.

Check Safety Controls-ok Check electrical wiring and components-ok Check Gas valve & Gas Line-ok Check Combustion Air & Exhaust-ok Check Temperatures & Water pressure settings; Performance-ok Check and run Thermostats- operating well at this moment. Today I arrived on site to address the new thermostat installation for the high-efficiency heating system. Service Actions: Found the basement thermostat malfunctioning. Installed a new Honeywell thermostat. Operational Status: The system is now operating correctly. Upon arriving at the property, I explained to Mr. Nicholas about the work scheduled for today. I proceeded to disassemble the tstat of the basement area that was defective. A defective thermostat was replaced with the Honeywell Home RTH221B (200 Series). Below are the details of the intervention: Installation Details and Verification Testing: • Problem Identification: Previous thermostat out of service / incorrect readings. • Installed Equipment: Honeywell P200 programmable thermostat (200 Series). • Electrical Isolation: Power was shut off at the main boiler switch prior to handling wires to ensure safe operation. • Wiring Connections: Connections were made on the baseplate following standard nomenclature (R/Rc,W) a
