Our hot water system went down late Friday night and Richard called to say he would be there on Saturday. Richard came, did an inspection,communicated what was wrong and then made it right. He was professional, polite and informative in case the issue occurred again.We were extremely pleased with the outcome and service Richard performed, particularly on a weekend.

Today I arrived on site to address the thermostat not functioning for the 1st floor AC system. Diagnostics & Repair Found the GFCI tripped, which cut power to the condensate pump. This power loss caused a 24-volt issue. Current Status The system is now operational. Upon arriving at the property, the client directed me to the tstat. The client explained to me that today I try to turn on the AC on the 1st floor. Moment later the tstat began to present an error. I proceeded to verify the tstat. I found the tstat presenting an error#31. Indicating communication error with The system equipment. Process to verify the Advanced setting of the tstat. I started a system test from the tstat. The system did not respond. I restarted the tstat. The System did not respond either. I proceeded to verify the AHu in the property's garage. Check the wiring of the indoor unit and outdoor units system. The wiring and the wires are in order. Check the AHU and found multiple error codes on the circui
