Our hot water system went down late Friday night and Richard called to say he would be there on Saturday. Richard came, did an inspection,communicated what was wrong and then made it right. He was professional, polite and informative in case the issue occurred again.We were extremely pleased with the outcome and service Richard performed, particularly on a weekend.

Customer has no heat on the first floor of the home- this is the air handler in the mechanical room inside of the garage- two zones on the system: - At arrival, I found the thermostat calling for heating displaying an error message that the system systems may not be working properly - Check the air handler in the basement mechanical room off of the garage - Confirm that both zones are open and that the blower motor is on and running - The air handler is sending power to the boiler- zone two- but the Hydro coil and lines are cold - Check the boiler and found that the circulator pump is making a very strange noise and is extremely hot to the touch - Before condemning, the pump attempted bleeding this zone- purge air from the boiler- open all zones back and test operation - The circulator pump is now operating properly, and the noise is gone - Hot water is circulating through and the Hydro coil is hot - The husband is home- review the repair with the customer and bring them into the gar
