Here to confirm diagnostics from previous visits: SECOND FLOOR SYSTEM: * The customer states that we previously recommended to replace the heating coil and the ball valves going to the second floor system * The customer would like this to be confirmed * Check the unit up in the attic * Found the ball valves closed to the Hydro coil * Open the air handler cabinet up * Inspected the Hydro coil- corrosion at connections * Open the ball valves to the Hydro coil and they immediately started to drip * Shut the ball valves back down to the Hydro coil- Confirmed that the ball valves are leaking and should be replaced- The customer stated that she would just like to go ahead and get the heating coil and ball valves replaced at the same time FIRST FLOOR: * The customer states that the heat is periodically turning on with a call for cooling and she has been told multiple different things with the problem * Test the system at arrival and call for cooling on both thermostat- The system
Perform heating maintenance on (1) Burnham gas fired water boiler ( standing pilot ) With (4) hydro air handlers and (4) 20x20x4 air filters: GAS WATER BOILER: * shut power to system * Removed boiler cabinet door, flame guard, roll out switch, and all burner tubes * vacuum and dust it out burner section under heat exchanger * Vacuum and brushed all burner tubes, clean and clear and polished clean * Vacuum and dusted out boiler cabinet and electric electrical components * Vacuum and dusted boiler piping and components * Inspected the thermocouple- Noticed that this is not the same thermocouple that I had installed last year * Spoke with the customer and he said that thermocouple was replaced last month by other * Also noticed that the water feed and backflow preventer, Expansion tank, And both air vents on the boiler are brand new- These were all also done by others- Our recommendations from the last heating visit * Perform maintenance on pilot assembly * Inspected heat, exchanger and
