Customer has no heating on the first floor of the home- This system was replaced over the summer: The customer called for heating and the thermostat went blank: At arrival the customer also stated that the second floor heating is not working: FIRST FLOOR: * Found the thermostat blank * Check the air handler down in the basement * Found a low voltage 24 V fuse blown * Started checking wiring * The wiring at the thermostat does not match the wiring inside of the air handler * Trace all wiring * The thermostat has two low-voltage wires going to it: (1) wire is R, Y and G, The other wire is C and W * The wire that is common and W is not inside of the air handler * Trace that wire and found it inside of the Argo panel with a splice that then runs to the air handler * Once discovered found that W and common Are not hooked up correctly inside of the air handler * Correct wiring inside of the air handler and replaced the 24 V Fuse * Return power to the system- Thermostat is displayed bac
