Today I arrived on site to address the 2nd floor AC system, which was reported as not cooling properly. Diagnosis and Resolution Found the air filters for both the 1st and 2nd floor AC systems were very dirty and clogged. Replaced the filters on both systems. Upon arrival at the property. The client explained to me that the system on the 2nd floor is not cooling properly. The client explained to me that on certain occasions the tstat does not reach the set point. The client mentioned that especially when the ambient temperatures are very hot, the system remains about 4 numbers below the set point of the tstat. I proceeded to verify the tsta for proper functioning. Tstat is operating normally on this occasion. I proceeded to check the AHU in the attic. When reviewing this unit I found that.
