Return to replace blower motor for second floor system: - the system is off at arrival - Power down the system - Open blower cabinet doors - Disconnected and removed high and low voltage electrical connections from the control boards and air handler power - Disconnected electrical wiring, harnesses from the blower motor - Remove the electrical cabinet and controlled from the air handler - Remove the blower motor and assembly from the air handler disconnected the blower wheel from the motor shaft - Pull the motor from the wheel - Removed the existing bracket for blower motor - Installed bracket on new blower motor - Installed and secured motor to blower housing - Secure blower wheel to motor shaft and confirm no rubbing - Installed blower motor and assembly back into air handler cabinet - Installed electrical cabinet and control securely inside of air handler - Connect and secure all high and low voltage electrical connections - Secure electrical harness for new blower motor and conf
