The customer states that the indoor ductless head is making a buzzing / Rattling noise: They stated the heating is still operational: * at arrival check condenser * found the condensing coil completely covered in heavy ice / frost build up on both the inside and outside of the condensing coil 100% restricting air flow * the compressor cabinet was checked and is also completely frozen up * the service ports were checked for any oil residue or signs of leak- none * the connections to the indoor head were exposed and checked for any oil residue or leaks- none found * the indoor head is hard to access with all the material and tables blocking access * the indoor head was filled with cobwebs, dust, and debris * the indoor filters were completely plugged * the customer washed the air filters clean and clear * they were installed back into the system * preformed a factory reset of system by shutting power for 4+ Minutes and then securing disconnect back in ON position *the customer is going
