Our ironclad Worry-Free Guarantees ensure your total peace of mind. These guarantees are just one reason Innovative Air is the heating and cooling contractor that Westchester County trusts!
If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first ten years, we will install a new furnace.
Your new system will be accurately sized and maintain the proper temperature based on industry standards.
If your compressor in your air conditioner fails twice in the first five years, we will install a complete and new outside unit.
We guarantee that our technicians will provide a pleasant experience and that you’ll be satisfied with the results.
You can improve your HVAC system’s efficiency by regularly maintaining it, such as changing filters every 1-3 months, scheduling annual professional inspections, sealing ducts, and ensuring proper insulation. Upgrading to a programmable thermostat and using energy-efficient equipment can also significantly enhance efficiency.
Signs that your air conditioning unit needs servicing include reduced airflow, unusual noises, unpleasant odors, frequent cycling, higher energy bills, and inadequate cooling. If you notice any of these issues, it’s best to schedule a professional inspection to diagnose and fix the problem promptly.
Duct cleaning is important for maintaining good indoor air quality, improving HVAC efficiency, and extending the lifespan of your system. It helps remove dust, allergens, mold, and other contaminants. Generally, duct cleaning should be done every 3-5 years, but homes with pets, smokers, or recent renovations may require more frequent cleanings.
Crawl space encapsulation offers several benefits, including improved indoor air quality, increased energy efficiency, and protection against moisture-related issues like mold and wood rot. It also helps prevent pest infestations and enhances overall home comfort by maintaining a more stable indoor environment.
