If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first ten years, we will install a new furnace.
Your new system will be accurately sized and maintain the proper temperature based on industry standards.
If your compressor in your air conditioner fails twice in the first five years, we will install a complete and new outside unit.
We guarantee that our technicians will provide a pleasant experience and that you’ll be satisfied with the results.
Selecting the right HVAC system involves considering factors like the size and layout of your home, your climate, energy efficiency ratings (SEER for cooling and AFUE for heating), and your budget. Consulting with a professional HVAC contractor can help you determine the best system to meet your specific needs and ensure proper installation.
Homeowners can perform several simple maintenance tasks, such as regularly changing air filters (usually every 1-3 months), keeping outdoor units free of debris, ensuring vents are unobstructed, and checking the thermostat settings. However, professional inspections and tune-ups are still important to address any deeper issues.
If your HVAC system is running but not cooling or heating effectively, it could be due to several reasons, including a dirty air filter, low refrigerant levels, blocked or leaking ductwork, or a malfunctioning thermostat. It’s best to have a professional technician diagnose and fix the problem to restore proper performance.
To reduce energy bills with your current HVAC system, make sure to change filters regularly, use a programmable thermostat to optimize temperature settings, seal any leaks in your ductwork, and ensure your home is well insulated. Additionally, scheduling regular maintenance can keep your system running efficiently.
