HVAC blower wheel deep cleanings (kid room on the left side 2nd floor). (Dining room 1st floor). X1 Deep cleaning indoor head. X1 Deep cleaning indoor head. Performed a deep cleaning and rejuvenation on kitchen and son’s bedroom air movement system ductless units. System was shut down and was broken apart the blower wheel was removed. Washed, disinfected and cleaned blower wheel, drain pan and ductless housing. After cleaning both unit entirely, system was put back and tested. Ran and checked system operation took temperature split. System is fully operational deep cleaning is completed. Reset filter reminder for master bedroom system. No other issues present @ time of deep cleaning and rejuvenation. All system is left operational @ this time. **Brought it to customer attention that kids bedroom face cover plate has cracked. Checked one central air AC system air handler located in the basement thermostat located on the first floor.the tenant is saying that the second floor is always hot compared to the first floor.this system is under size for the house.they are trying to cool the whole house with just one unit.checked the air handler and the condenser system is working but undersized.landlord also stated that a friend replaced the compressor and cleaned the TXV about a month ago.recommended to the landlord to install a ductless system with two indoor unit for the second floor.the existing system is working properly.
