Preform maintenance on gas water boiler : - this is an old weil McLain gas fired water boiler - Shut power down to the boiler - Remove the boiler door and shut the pilot down at the gas valve - Remove the flame guard, and all burner tubes - Vacuum and brushed out all burner tubes, clean and clear - Perform full maintenance on pilot assembly - Replace thermocouple with customer approval - Vacuum and dusted out the burner section under the heat exchanger - Vacuum and dusted out all boiler cabinet and components - Vacuum and dusted boiler piping and components - Secured and inspected electrical wiring, connections, and components - Test and inspect water feed, expansion tank, air vent, and relief valve- all old and outdated - light pilot - ON - Installed all burner tubes and flame guard back in place - Polished and wiped down all equipment and return power to the boiler - Call for heating on the thermostat- boiler fires and circulator pumps are on and running - Two of the circulator pum
