-Upon arrival inspected system in the attic. Customer is explaining that he had water leaking into daughter bedroom and making it way down into to the kitchen. -While on site saw that there’s water in the secondary overflow pan. Pan was filled with water. High probability of secondary pan having a leak as well for water to cause property damage. -Checked and confirmed that safety switches are working. Cleaned P- trap and flush condensate drain line multiple times with warm water. customer had his own shop vac to remove water from secondary drain pan. -After water was removed from secondary pan. Ran and checked system operation. Replace standard filter. Took temperature split and checked system pressures. Normal pressures: suction pressure 80psi - 225psi temperature split supply temp 73f return temp 94f Customer had system off roughly 20 hours prior to my arrival. -Made customer aware of the probability of condensate drain being clogged causing a backflow. Filter was not clogged or
