Poor customer service, worse than any company we’ve worked with. They should stand by their work. We were charged for two separate things, one of which was intended to show a leak and they would come back to check it 60 - 90 days later. Fine. The other was an interim solution. This interim solution fixed the issue for less than a day and the ac stopped working again. When we called to tell them, they took no responsibility, saying that it could be a new issue and also that they haven’t been able to see the leak yet (the 60 - 90 days needed). We knew it would take time for the long-term solution, but we were made aware that an interim solution would be made in the short-term (the second thing we paid for). Otherwise, we would never have paid this much for something to be fixed, at least enough to last us through the end of the summer. The man on the phone was condescending and wouldn’t even begin to understand where we were coming from. To make matters worse, when the technician came back he admitted what he did made the issue worse and now it’s leaking oil. Our issue will probably be even larger now and after all this, we were still getting attitude from the man on the phone at the company who told us we were wrong. Mistakes happen, but if you can’t own up to it and stand by your work, that’s a problem.

Today I arrived on site to address the heating and DHW systems inspection. Service Actions Completed heating systems checklist. Identified three systems requiring descale and maintenance. Current Status Systems require descale and maintenance. Upon arrival at the property. The client directed me to the basement where the boilers are installed. The client asked multiple questions. I provided all the necessary information to the client. I made the following suggestions. -Consider doing the Descale of the boiler. -Do the heating tuneups. -I suggested the client sign up for the service contract. The client said that he would like to be sent the estimates to do the maintenance and the descale of the boilers. Inform the client that as soon as the office reviews the system information they will contact you to provide you with the estimates and all the necessary information. Today I arrived on site to address the continuous running of the fan for the AC systems throughout the house. Service Actions: Found the thermostat fan set to 'ON'. Set the thermostat fan to 'Auto'. Resolution & Status: The system is now back in normal operation. Upon arrival at the property. The client was not on the property. I contacted the client. The client gave me access to the property. The housekeeper directed me to where the tstat is. Proceeded to verify the system. I found that the tstat was set to Fan On. Set tstat to Fan Auto. AHU start running normally. Set Fan back to On position,Fan started to run normally. Contact the client by phone to explain what the situation was. I explained to the client that the tstat was set up to Fan On. I explained to the customer that this option if it is On, the fan will run constantly. I told the customer that he must leave the tstat set to Fan Auto. The client agreed.
