Poor customer service, worse than any company we’ve worked with. They should stand by their work. We were charged for two separate things, one of which was intended to show a leak and they would come back to check it 60 - 90 days later. Fine. The other was an interim solution. This interim solution fixed the issue for less than a day and the ac stopped working again. When we called to tell them, they took no responsibility, saying that it could be a new issue and also that they haven’t been able to see the leak yet (the 60 - 90 days needed). We knew it would take time for the long-term solution, but we were made aware that an interim solution would be made in the short-term (the second thing we paid for). Otherwise, we would never have paid this much for something to be fixed, at least enough to last us through the end of the summer. The man on the phone was condescending and wouldn’t even begin to understand where we were coming from. To make matters worse, when the technician came back he admitted what he did made the issue worse and now it’s leaking oil. Our issue will probably be even larger now and after all this, we were still getting attitude from the man on the phone at the company who told us we were wrong. Mistakes happen, but if you can’t own up to it and stand by your work, that’s a problem.

Preform maintenance on (1) steam boiler: - Power down equipment - Connect hose to system and begin to drain down the steam boiler - Remove the flame guard, and roll out switch - Removed all burner jets from boiler - Vacuumed and dusted out boiler cabinet and components clean and clear - Vacuumed under heat exchanger clean and clear - Vacuumed and brushed all burner tubes clean and clear - Preform full maintenance on pilot assembly - Secured and inspected electrical wiring, connections and components - The boiler is completely drained down - Open water to boiler and flushed the bottom of boiler with fresh water while draining out - Filled boiler back up to correct level in sight glass While preforming maintenance gas can be smelled from the boiler - found a gas leak at the connection before the union and confirm with bubbles - Customer approved repair - Broke union and found that the fitting was only hand tight - Removed the fitting, dope the pipe, installed and secured fitting for
