Nigel came on time , was very pleasant and took care of our annual maintenance and explained what was going on and even fixed an excess air in the hot water heater problem we were having. Very knowledgeable and pleasant.

I'm a new home owner so I did some price comparisons and that seems about par for our area. Actually a little bit cheaper than some. I'll def have them back next time we need help with our HVAC.

Richard was very cooperative and answered all the questions clearly . The only issue was that in 3 days , they increased their initial invoice by $500 . However service done by Richard was good.
Today I arrived on site to perform a tune-up and cleaning on your Gas Furnace system and inspected. Gas Furnace System Service Inspected the Heat Exchanger for cracks and deterioration. Cleaned and vacuumed the Burners. Replaced the Air Filter. 20x25x4 Cleaned the ignition Assembly and flame sensor. Checked Safety Controls, CO2-CO levels, electrical wiring and components, and the Gas valve & Gas Line. Inspected Combustion Air, intake & exhaust lines. Checked Temperature settings Performance. Cleaned condensate water traps. Washed out the condensate pump. Cleaned the Humidifier. the water panel-good. Ran the Thermostat; it is operating. Water Heater Inspection I ran the system and left it operating well, with no issues at this moment. Today I arrived on site to address a boiler unit water leak and replace an auto air vent for the heating system. Service Actions: Replaced the auto air vent. Bled two heating zones. Set the correct water pressure. Current Status: The system is now operating correctly. Upon arriving at the property, The client gave me access to the boiler room. I proceeded to take down the power of the system. Depressurize the system. I proceeded to remove the defective auto air vent. I proceeded to install the new auto air vent in the system. I concluded with the installation of the new auto air vent. I pressurized the system and proceeded to bleed the air. Blood two zones. Secure and adjust the system water pressure to 15-18 psi. Start the system and monitor for about 15 minutes. There were no failures or malfunctions at the time of monitoring. There was no water leak during monitoring. I informed the client that the work was carried out successfully. The customer thanked and was satisfied w
