Nigel came on time , was very pleasant and took care of our annual maintenance and explained what was going on and even fixed an excess air in the hot water heater problem we were having. Very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Note - the coupon for $150 off a diagnostic is for the first 30 minutes. It was an additional $125 for the second 30 minutes. I'm a new home owner so I did some price comparisons and that seems about par for our area. Actually a little bit cheaper than some. I'll def have them back next time we need help with our HVAC.

Richard was very cooperative and answered all the questions clearly . The only issue was that in 3 days , they increased their initial invoice by $500 . However service done by Richard was good.
Checked unico hvac system with Trane heat pump condenser three years old.diagnosed the compressor is defective/not pumping.checked reversing valve and it is operational.system compressor will have to be replaced and also the filter drier.7 lbs of refrigerant will be needed for the system.
