I'm a new home owner so I did some price comparisons and that seems about par for our area. Actually a little bit cheaper than some. I'll def have them back next time we need help with our HVAC.

Richard was very cooperative and answered all the questions clearly . The only issue was that in 3 days , they increased their initial invoice by $500 . However service done by Richard was good.

Preform maintenance on (1) carrier high efficiency infinity gas fired furnace with bypass humidifier: Access equipment with 6ft ladder through (2) ceiling hatch’s * replaced and dated 20x25x4 air filter * replaced humidifier water panel provided by customer * open furnace and blower cabinet doors * brushed and blew out all burner jets * polished and wipe down furnace cabinet and components clean and clear * cleaned flame sensor with copper bristle brush and polished with steel wool * inspected the hot surface igniter- okay * removed the condensate trap and neutralizer kit- very dirty * customer approved the replacement of minerals * brought the condensate neutralizer kit outside- Dumped the old minerals- Chemically cleaned and washed The neutralizer kit And flushed the condensate trap and tubing, clean and clear, Install new neutralizer minerals, add teflon to kit and secured the cap * assemble the condensate trap and neutralizer kit back into the furnace and pump * test operations
GAS WATER BOILER: shut down equipment Removed all burner tubes / flame guard and roll out switch Preformed maintenance on pilot assembly-ok Note: thermocouple was replaced on this visit. Vacuumed and dusted out boiler cabinet and components Vacuumed and dusted out all burner tubes clean and clear Polished and wipe down inside boiler cabinet and components Inspected heat exchanger and flue piping- okay Test and check system expansion tank, water feed, back flow, air vents and relief valves- okay Note: air vent is leaking water, needs to be replaced. Secured and inspected all electrical wiring and connections Reassembled all components back into boiler and return power Run and test all heating zones- confirm all circulator pumps are on and running and supply and return piping heating properly System shuts down at temp of 180 degrees- okay Pressure remains normal Test system safety’s to insure normal operations Return all thermostats back to original settings Check and checked indir
