Today I arrived on site to address the issue with the indoor head unit in the daughter's bedroom on the 2nd floor. Service Actions: Replaced the Thermistor sensor on the Evap coil. Found the PCB board was faulty after the sensor replacement didn't resolve the issue. Replaced the bad PCB board. Resolution: The unit is not operational at the momento due to a faulty PCB board. Upon arriving at the property. The client directed me to the daughter's room where the indoor head is. Proceeded to disassemble the defective thermistor sensor. I proceeded to clean the unit and prepare the work area. I removed the defective sensor. Install a new thermistor sensor in the unit. After concluding with the installation of the sensor, the unit did not start. The unit began to present an error (C9). I explained to the client the situation of the system. I informed the client that it is necessary to return with a new PCB board to install it in the unit. The client said that he will be waiting to conclude
