Preform inspection and maintenance on (7) hanging modine oil fired heaters, (1) ducted oil fired furnace, there is (1) old oil fired furnace that has been disconnected, and (2) electric hanging modine heaters: OIL FIRED FURNACE FOR OFFICE: * replaced and dated the Aprilaire 210 air filter * Inspected the UV light bulb and kit, which was serviced and replaced at AC tune up- okay * open up blower cabinet on system * chemically sprayed, polished and wipe down blower motor and assembly * inspected blower wheel- slight build up * Polished and secured all electrical wiring connections, and components * Inspected flue piping * Called for heating on the thermostat- Oil, furnace fires- Blower motor is on and running- Normal operations * Monitor system for any errors or faults- none * Shut system down at the thermostat and confirm that the fan limit switches operating properly and motor shut shuts down * Return thermostat back to cooling- Normal operations HANGING MODINE HEATERS: UNITS
