I had Mark over for a routine fall/winter maintenance on our newly installed heating system. 15 minutes into Mark starting his work he comes to me with a very concerned look and I go oh oh! Bottom line the guys who installed the new system completely messed up the wiring to the air handlers and zone pumps and thermostats. Mark and his colleague Antonio diagnosed the problem and fixed the whole mess on the time and budget they estimated. Mark and Antonio are true professionals and I strongly urge Innovative Air to retain these guys and be role models, trainers and mentors for other technicians in your company. Today I arrived on site to address the reported issues. Service Actions Inspected HWH #1 & #2. Identified a water leak in HWH #2. X2) bad ST-12 Exp. found rusted heater exchange on tank #2 found residuo de fuga de agua en el female Adap on tank #1. found residuo of sediments rusting on both Attempted to replace the indoor head vane for the Gym area. Noted the Daikin-supplied indoor head vane was incorrect, preventing replacement. Current Status HWH #2 leak addressed. Indoor head vane for the Gym area remains unreplaced due to incorrect part. Upon arriving at the property, The client explained to me that she would like to be sure that the HWH are in good condition. I proceeded to check and inspect the x2 HWH in the basement. The client was present at the time of the inspection. I showed him photos and deos of the conditions of the HWH. Tank #2 is in very poor condition. Tank #1 has a sample of rust in some feedings at the connections of the water lines. Both HWHs were found with the
