This is the second time that I was fortunate to have Mark maintain and service my AC unit. While he performs the tasks at hand, he is most willing to explain everything to me and fully answer my questions. He is a great technician and very pleasant to deal with.

AC Systems. X2 AC systems Today, I arrived on site to perform an A/C system tune-up and cleaning. Here's what I did: Checked the blower motor and thermostat for proper operation-okay. Air filters: replaced. X2) 14x25x1 Checked and cleaned the exterior jacket and interior cabinet-okay. Found the blower wheel-okay. Checked the ductwork-okay Washed and cleaned the indoor Evap coil. Checked and cleaned condensate pump and drain line, treating it with anti-algae. Monitored the refrigerant operating pressures-okay. The refrigerant type are x2) R-22. Inspected the safety devices and found them to be operating properly. Inspected the electrical disconnect box for safe installation-okay. Inspected and tightened electrical wiring connections-okay. Tested and inspected the contact, which is not burned Inspected the electrical for exposed wiring-okay Inspected and tested the capacitors-okay. Inspected the fan blade-okay. Arrived at location and confirmed how many AC systems are on site.There are 5 AC systems with hydro coils each has Aprilaire 213 filters 5 filters in total. Three of the air handlers are located on the top floor in attic space and limited access to them.two systems are located downstairs one in the boiler room and one in the garage closet. The boiler is a series x2 with a indirect tank for domestic hot water NOTE SMALL TECH ONLY AND FILTERS APRILAIRE 213, 5 filters are required for this job. Discussed with the homeowner the pricing and he said that he will talk to his wife about it and get back to us
