Checked water source ptac heat pump located in the first bedroom and second bedroom.diagnosed error code E3 (evaporator coil low temperature protection) reset system and checked for any obstruction of airflow none found homeowner was using the fan control at the thermostat on automatic advise homeowner to use the fan on for continuous fan.checked systems operation left system working.will have to get the building management in order to verify the water temperature supply to the system
Today I arrived on site to address the steam boiler heating system. Service Actions Performed chemical treatment on the steam boiler. Addressed accumulation of sediment and oxidation. Current Status Treatment was completed. - I returned to perform a steam Boiler chemical treatment. - I drained the entire boiler and added clean water, flushing it out 4-5 times until the water was clear. - I added the steam chemical treatment that was diluted in hot water. - After concluding the cleaning and treatment process,. I started the unit and monitored it for about 15-20 minutes. - The system showed no faults or malfunctions following the washing and chemical treatment. - I explained the operation of the system to the client and recommended waiting for the next visit to flush and monitor the system again. - The client was left with the system operational and in good condition. - The office will follow up with the client regarding the next visit for flushing and monitoring the Boiler unit. To replace the thermocouple.performed heating maintenance on one hot water boiler which provides heat only.removed and cleaned burners and standing pilot assembly and replaced thermocouple.inspected the burner sections.inspected the flue pipes.checked electrical and mechanical components.checked natural gas lines and checked for carbon monoxide none detected recommend to homeowner to have the chimney inspected.recommend replacing the thermostat located on the first floor.purged the domestic hot water heater which is from 2013 turn systems on and checked operations left boiler working properly.
