Our ironclad Worry-Free Guarantees ensure your total peace of mind. These guarantees are just one reason Innovative Air is the heating and cooling contractor that Westchester County trusts!
If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first ten years, we will install a new furnace.
Your new system will be accurately sized and maintain the proper temperature based on industry standards.
If your compressor in your air conditioner fails twice in the first five years, we will install a complete and new outside unit.
We guarantee that our technicians will provide a pleasant experience and that you’ll be satisfied with the results.
Air filters should typically be replaced every 1-3 months, depending on factors such as the type of filter, the presence of pets, and the overall air quality in your home. Regularly replacing filters helps maintain proper airflow, improves indoor air quality, and extends the life of your HVAC system.
A traditional HVAC system uses a network of ducts to distribute conditioned air throughout your home, whereas a ductless mini-split system offers zoned cooling and heating without the need for ducts. Mini-splits are ideal for homes without existing ductwork or for adding climate control to specific areas. They are also known for their energy efficiency and ease of installation.
Signs that your HVAC system may need repair or replacement include frequent breakdowns, uneven temperatures, increasing energy bills, and the system being over 10-15 years old. If you notice any of these issues, it’s best to consult with an HVAC professional who can assess the condition of your system and recommend the best course of action.
During a professional HVAC maintenance visit, the technician will inspect and clean key components of your system, such as the coils, filters, and ducts. They will also check refrigerant levels, test the thermostat, lubricate moving parts, and ensure the system is operating efficiently. This preventive maintenance helps identify potential issues early and keeps your system running smoothly.
