- Excellent service and so prompt. I replaced four PTAC units in December and am totally pleased. The installation was seamless and the the crew was exceptional and very professional. I have had one minor issue with one of the units but hopefully the technician has resolved that. The technician was prepared, knowledgeable and so thorough in trying to diagnose the problem. - The technician Lorenzo was a breath of fresh air. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He was very familiar with my equipment and handled the job exceptionally well. Its a great relief to have someone come to your home and follow covid 19 guidelines form the beginning and also know what he was doing. He wore booties over his shoes and cleaned area after. I would definitely recommend your business to all.

What was so nice is/was his explaining what he did/ suggestions/ and pictures of the parts related.He did NOT sound like a “used car salesman” as he schooled us on new ideas he thought were important. - Every time they send a technician to my house, I think, what a professional, knowledgeable, and kind person. At first I thought I was just lucky, but consistency for the win. I tried a few other services before calling Innovative Air and, so far they are much better. This is not a good time for me to jinx myself, so I’m gonna stop here and go knock wood, but def recommend.
